Seatrobot allows you to upload images which will appear either inside your organization's Seatrobot platform, or on the public pages (registration page, tickets page, events page, guest RSVP pages) created for each event you build.

These are the images you can upload to customize your Seatrobot, and they each have different uses.

(Uploaded via your 'Manage Organization' page in Admin). This logo is used in the following situations:

  1. As your brand logo on your events page when your team members log in to Seatrobot
  2. As the default logo in the navigation toolbar for each event management page (it is replaced by the Event Image for that event if one is uploaded)
  3. As the default logo in the top left of each of your public pages (registration page, tickets page, events page, guest RSVP pages) created for each event you build.
  4. As the page header image on your public Events page

Recommended specifications:

  1. File types: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .svg
  2. File size: maximum 2MB (to maintain maximum load times for all your event web pages).
  3. Image size / shape:  recommended minimum of 300px wide @ 72 dpi. Any aspect ratio will be ok, but images will perform better if they are no more than twice as wide as they are high (e.g. landscape aspect ratio). Ideal format would be a 4:3 aspect ratio at 400 - 600px width.

Your Organization Default Email Header

(Uploaded via your 'Manage Organization' page in Admin). This logo is used in the following situations:

  1. On the header of every event email sent by your organization, unless an event-specific email header is uploaded for any event.

Recommended specifications:

  1. File types: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .svg
  2. File size: maximum 2MB (to maintain maximum load times for all your event web pages).
  3. Image size / shape:  recommended minimum of 600px wide x 150px high @ 72 dpi. These are used as headers for emails, so a wider, thinner image is better (like a letterhead). You can use any aspect ratio, and Seatrobot will position your image top and center of your emails, but avoid large, square images which will present as very tall headers.

Event-specific Event Image

(Uploaded via your 'Event Setup > Event Info' page in each of your events). This logo is used in the following situations:

  1. As the event image in the navigation toolbar for each event management page.
  2. As the page header image for each public page for the event (registration page, tickets page, 3rd party registration page, guest rsvp page)
  3. As the event image for its event on your public Events page
