Previously, additional registration questions were only applicable to confirmed guests. Now, with SeatRobot, you can ask declined guests additional registration questions. There's so many scenarios this might come in handy, but here's one just to get your gears going...
At my company, we host a quarterly company retreat. It's mandatory that people attend at least one retreat per year. As the event manager, I want to hold people accountable and get an idea of numbers for each individual retreat. Therefore, when designing the event for the first retreat, I might create an additional registration question that says something like....
'Hi! We notice you're declining this event. No worries...but we'd love to know which retreat you plan on attending...'
