To create a new event, select Create New from the purple navbar. This will launch the Green Event Navbar which you use to create and manage all your individual events.
The SeatRobot New Event Setup page allows you to create / edit a simple event quickly and easily. All the information you enter is stored and applied wherever necessary throughout the event - for example the date of your event and other similar details become merge fields (or macros) - and can be automatically added into the emails you send to your guests. The venue information you enter appears on all the associated signup and ticketing pages.
Taking the time to enter all your event information at this stage will save you hours of work later on. You must add a minimum of basic event information before your new event can be saved.
Once you have added the basic required information and saved your event, you can add additional information, customize your invite emails and start to invite guests.
