Do you need to ask for more info from waitlisted guests? Look no further.

Previously, additional registration questions were only applicable to confirmed guests. Now, you can apply the same registration questions to both confirmed and waitlisted guests. Additionally, you can create entirely separate questions for people who join the waitlist.

There are many scenarios where this feature would come in handy...

1) Efficiency!

Say you have an event that has a fluid guest list. The capacity might be able to expand depending on how many people join the waitlist. If you have questions that you're asking of confirmed guests, you'd want to also ask the same questions to waitlisted guests, so that if/when they are added to the guest list, they've already answered your requisite questions.

2) Guest List Prioritization!

If you have a popular event, and you want to prioritize who gets added to the guest list, you can create additional registration questions for waitlisted guests. You'd create your event as normal, but design your questions in a way that helps you determine who should be added to the guest list. For example, if I'm leading a popular mentoring workshop at a university, I'd want to prioritize students who are graduating the soonest. Therefore, I'd add an additional registration question that helps me group students into graduation dates.
